How do I sign up for a GNN membership?
Thanks for your interest! You can sign up for the GNN membership, which is free, or our Forebucks membership, which costs money, here.
How often am I charged for the Forebucks membership?
Forebucks members who select to be billed on an annual basis will be automatically charged for another year of membership on the anniversary date of their initial purchase. Forebucks members receive an email from us warning them of a pending renewal. Lifetime members are charged at the time of purchase and never again after that.
What is your Forebucks membership refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on initial Forebucks membership purchases, either at the annual or lifetime levels. This is to prevent people from creating a membership, using our product and then asking for their money back.
However, for existing annual members, we allow you to ask for a refund within 48 hours of the auto-renewal of your membership. We understand sometimes people forget about auto-renewals, and we don't want to penalize you for forgetting. However, after 48 hours, the membership will be considered in force for another year.
How can I cancel my Forebucks membership?
We would be sad to see you go. However, you can cancel the Forebucks membership from the Login page, at this link, or you can also alert us by email at ryan@thegolfnewsnet.com if you want to cancel your membership before a renewal.
If you choose to cancel your annual membership before the renewal date, you will continue to have access to your account at its current level through the end of the term for which you paid.
